SALES AND CLIENT OUTREACH REPRESENTATIVE
We are a close-knit group of individuals that enjoy and care about the service and quality of relationship we have with our clients. The person in this position is responsible for helping us to identify, make introductions and raise awareness of the services we offer, to new businesses potentially interested in the services we offer. Position is part-time to start, with opportunity for growth. Rate is negotiable, based on experience.
Major Areas of Responsibility
– Learn about GSWS, our people, culture and the services we provide to clients
– Work with management to identify new markets, territories for outreach
– Perform outreach (visiting offices, cold-calling, email) to potential new clients
– Monitor and track outreach activity within GSWS CRM
– Contribute to existing company/client-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, professional, and a pro-active level of support
– Suggest and contribute improvements to current procedures and policies of GSWS to practices and procedures
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
– Associate degree or equivalent. (May substitute experience and certifications for academic education)
– Minimum 1 year specific experience in sales, marketing, customer relations and/or related areas
– We provide training, but experience with Computers and Technology a definite plus
– Demonstrated ability to be a self-motivated, team player, providing excellent customer service to clients and co-workers
– Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have a strong attention to details
